predictive factor→a cumulative dose of 107ug/kg before weaning→AUC 0.65 (0.49-0.78)

【感想】

・DEX max 2ug/kg/hr!!!

・WAT-1 score使用し、2人の医師が診断

・オピオイドの併用期間は関連しそう

・単施設のため減量前の累積投与量の絶対値は参考にならないが、累積投与量は重要そう
