P: < 16 years & Complex febrile seizure (patients with ahistory of neurological disease and those included in the deriviation cohort were excluded)

I:  refractory status epilepticus or consciousness disturbance and/or hemiplegia at 6 hrs from onset or AST >90 IU/L within 6hrs of onset   

C: nothing above

O: PCPC ≥2

→AUC 0.915 (0.825-1.000), PPV 0.149, NPV 0.999

・急性脳症ではなく、複雑型熱性けいれん患者における神経学的後遺症？

・6時間時点の意識障害、半身麻痺は正確な所見を取り辛い

・PCPCはsoft outcomeすぎる

 ・多変量解析に問題ありか
